2. Subscription Cancellation:

Subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming shipment.

Refund Policy:

1. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide clear images of the damaged or defective item along with your order details. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement product, based on your preference.

2. Unopened Products:

Customers can return unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Product Allergies or Skin Reactions:

In the rare event that a customer experiences an allergic reaction or skin irritation from using our products, we encourage them to discontinue use immediately and contact our customer support team. We may request additional information and provide assistance accordingly, including issuing a refund if deemed appropriate.

4. Returns Process:
